The CEO's department provides administrative direction to the Council's affairs and is headed by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bongani Ngwenya. The department manages and guides the organisation in accordance with the statutory powers and duties conferred on Council by statute, by the policies laid down by the Government of Zimbabwe, and by Council by-laws.
