Our staff ensure everyone is treated fairly; respect privacy, dignity and confidentiality; give clients full attention; provide clear and helpful information; ensure access to Council premises and services; ensure a clean and safe environment; and acknowledge all written correspondence, including e-mails, within 3 working days.
