
This department ensures sound policies for the efficient management of Council assets, manages all Council meetings, and ensures the human resources requirements of Council are identified and met. It advises Heads of Departments, the CEO and Council on recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll administration, discipline, grievance handling, staff welfare, policy formulation, health & safety, compensation and meeting management.
